#10. Home Tour Scorecard:
In addition to comparing the home to your minimum requirement and your Dream Home wish lists, use our Scorecard (developed by HUD) to carefully evaluate and compare each home you tour. Take your time and think carefully about each house you see. Ask your REALTOR to point out the pros and cons of each home from a professional standpoint. Ask for a Comparative Market Analysis to compare prices with similar homes that have sold recently.
