Be aware that the selection of an area for a property search is more art than science. The areas of Boardman or Poland, for instance, may have Youngstown addresses because the USPS categorizes them as part of the Youngstown Postal District. The townships that surround Youngstown have no official USPS status and are known as 'Youngstown.' A property with a Boardman Township zip code (44512) may actually be within the borders of Poland Township and officially have a Youngstown address. This is why we list 'cities' as well as '-areas.'
A CITY search, therefore, will usually be a much broader based search that may take in numerous -AREAS. On most web property searches if you enter 'Boardman' as a city search, you will miss half the Boardman listings that are entered as 'Youngstown.' Because we list the -areas as well, using our search engines you will see ALL the listings for Boardman.
Also be aware that a property may be in a different school system than the address would have you believe. Always check the school system in the listing details to be sure, and then double check with the school system, itself, as the borders for many systems change often.
