Nancy has been a Valley resident since 1973. She has a degree in Marketing from Ferris University in Big Rapids, Michigan, and obtained her real estate license in 1996. Nancy is a Top Ten Producer and a member of the Million Dollar President’s Sales Club. She has been awarded membership in The Diamond Society and The Sterling Society as well. Currently, Nancy is enjoying much success as a full time REALTOR^® with over 2.75 Million Sold in 2001.

While providing outstanding real estate services in new construction, residential, commercial, and relocation, Nancy Cuffle specializes in all the programs available to first time home buyers through out the Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana Counties. Exceeding expectations in fund raising, Nancy has been actively involved in our Valley’s educational system as a volunteer, primarily in the Liberty and St. Rose School systems. She was Chairperson for the Ways & Means Committee at St. Rose School and was actively involved with The Liberty For Youth Group. Nancy also takes time out from her busy work schedule to sing in the Praise Team at the United Methodist Church in Liberty.
