 Receives GRI Designation

John W. Pearce, Broker for RE/MAX Valley Real Estate, 1006 Boardman-Canfield Rd. Boardman, OH., is awarded the designation Graduate REALTOR’s Institute (GRI) from the Ohio Association of REALTORS®. John is a member of the Youngstown Columbiana Board of REALTORS^®, The Ohio Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS^® Along with the GRI designation, John is also accredited with the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), a licensed real estate broker in the State of Ohio,  and PhD.  

The Ohio REALTORS^® Institute series consists of three courses needed to obtain the Graduate REALTORS^® Institute designation. A few of the curriculum areas that the GRI students develop skills in are the areas of new construction, marketing, agency, equal opportunity, appraising, financing, brokerage management, taxation, development, property management and other current issues. 

The Ohio Association of REALTORS^®, with approximately 32,000 members, is the largest professional trade association in the Buckeye State.
