 CSP DESIGNATION

  RE/MAX Valley Real Estate is proud to announce that Ron Liptak, John W. Pearce and Carole A. Sharkey received the Nationally Recognized “Certified New Homes Sales Professional” (CSP) Designation. First time offered in our area, the Marketing Council of The HBA sponsored this professional course. 

 The National Sales & Marketing Council and Institute of Residential Marketing (a division of NAHB) awards the CSP Designation to those industry professionals who attend 24-hours of continuing education where sales professionals learn the tools and techniques for selling new homes. Many builders around the country for their sales staff require this designation. Participants learned how the building business works from legal and financial matters, to building materials and construction to closing. Ron Liptak, John W. Pearce and Carole A. Sharkey join a group of only 25,000 professionals from around the country to share the CSP Designation.
