CERTIFIED NEW HOME SALES PROFESSIONAL (CSP) The Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation is available through The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). CSP was designed for specialists in new home sales to enhance their professional image and increase their marketability in the home building industry. To receive the CSP designation a candidate must complete the Certified New Home Sales Professional 3 day course and pass a final exam.
