GRADUATE REALTOR INSTITUTE (GRI)

Established in 1974 and amended in 1992, the GRI (Graduate REALTOR^® Institute) designation is dedicated to helping real estate agents help their clients. Realtors must maintain membership in the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS^® in order for their designation to remain valid.

Realtors that complete the 14 GRI courses (a minimum of 92 hours), exemplify that they are dedicated to providing the latest techniques in real estate marketing. Realtors are educated on a variety of current issues and practices such as: contract law, finance, investment analysis, tax deferred exchanges, risk management and Code of Ethics..

The courses required to complete the GRI designation are:
